Hard to score perhaps, but:
- Teams launch at intervals from KSFO.
- Gliders recover at KHAF, Tow Aircraft land back at KSFO.
- Time is calculated as total flight time of both aircraft from takeoff 
  to touchdown. Fastest time wins.
