I'll double check , I get city textures here , but I've removed the <texture>Terrain.winter/***.rgb</texture> back to <texture>Terrain/***.rgb</texture> , since it looks in the winter folder anyway if you specify --season=winter. But the condition option now enables solid (frozen ), slippery lakes , which I,ve added to my materials.xml file ... that might be causing a problem there ...
