We currently have two servers in germany, which I assume to be sufficient.
Generally we have enough public servers running, but I would like to have an 
additional server in northern america.

A map server would indeed be a good idea.

CPU/Memory usage is pretty low.

>From a scientific viewpoint, there is not much of a point in adding a server. 
What needs investigation is how we can compensate the traffic delay.
