Perhaps think about what would happen in a coordinated turn.  If you match
angles between the sim and the real world, you'll be falling out of your
seat in the simulator, but will feel perfectly centered in the real
airplane.

I assume that your visual display will move with the cockpit?  If not, you
would want to limit yourself to much smaller amounts of motion.
