The Cessna C172p manual I'm looking at shows:

Avco Lycoming O-320-D2J
160 rated BHP at 2700 RPM
McCauley propeller 1C160DTM7557 (75" diam)

Skyhawk standard empty weight: 1427 lbs

At 4000' (pressure altitude) and 2500 RPM @73% BHP the aircraft should be at
114 KTAS.

At 2400 lbs and 10kft, at zero degrees C, the ROC is 225 ft/min at 71 KIAS.

The manual should allow some fairly thorough testing. I cannot write anymore
right now due to holiday activities.
