Fortunately, there are a lot of options for a open source project. Just naming a few with GIT support: savannah.nongnu.org gitorious.org Hopefully we can find options for any chosen scm. I like to fiddle with FG, and for us (without CVS write permission) a system with support for local scm would mean a huge improvement.
