This is not realistic. It would be quite unusual for SFO Tower to give a landing clearance without specifying which runway. Suggestion: Cessna Golf Foxtrot Sierra, runway one zero right, cleared to land ^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Reference: ATC-order-7110-65s section 3-5-10(a).
