Here's what I've been doing - I'll find one of their scam pages - if I can comment on it, I'll put a boiler plate scam alert on each post I can comment on as well as "like" them if they have a discussion page in order to post the same scam warning. I then open up all the links in the "People like this" box in individual tabs - if they appear to be fake (big clue - they "like" a bunch of proflightsim scam pages or diet pills or whatever) I report the profile as being fake. I then report the page itself.
