If the prop is truly windmilling, then it is experiencing a negative torque and the aircraft will want to roll slightly to the right, not left. Note that in the YASim model currently (I assume this post was about the JSBSim 172), the windmilling regime isn't modelled terribly well and this negative torque is effectively zero.
