JSBSim flight control components were designed specifically to meet the
requirements of the Block 40 Digital Flight Control System. I'm not sure all
the items needed for the terrain following logic (LANTIRN) are there, but
the various autopilot modes ought to be possible. If you need lots of
flexibility over building blocks, etc., you might try the JSBSim flight
control components.

Do you have a specific F-16 need - a particular block number?
