now there's the challenge...is the turning radii based on the waypoint 
being the start of the arc, the end or the middle?

the placing of the waypoints was done on a cosmetic basis so minimal 
waypoints didn't cause vessels to sail under hills etc. this will 
obviously need adjusting depending on the turning radii basis in the new 
setup. Knowing the raddii/arc reference points will enable me o fine 
tune the scenario under 098a and still have it compatible under CVS if 
the 2000ft default is realistic for these ferries...thank-you for your 
efforts in this area...is this still using the <type>aircraft</type> 
scenario?
