You can have the sim start with the parking brake engaged, either: add the switch "--prop:/controls/gear/brake-parking=1" to the command line, or add /controls/gear/brake-parking=1 to advanced/properties in the FGRun GUI program, or put the line "--prop:/controls/gear/brake-parking=1" in your .fgfsrc file.
