Yes, the Cessna Citation (jet) also does this.
Also, how strong an effect is this suppose to be in a small cessna and how 
accurately is such being modeled, if at all, in flightgear?
Also, I would assume a larger twin would not have the problem (if the engines 
rotate in opposite directions).
