G'day Keith,

To make it a little clearer, here are the options I use to start in
multiplayer mode:

--callsign=drew # <--- change this to "keith" or something...
--enable-ai-models
--multiplay=out,10,mpserver02.flightgear.org,5000
--multiplay=in,10,10.1.1.2,5000 # <--- you will have to change "10.1.1.2"
to whatever your own behind-the-router IP address is. Run sudo ifconfig -a to
find what this is for your set-up.
Once running, point your browser to
http://mpmap02.flightgear.org/
and you should see yourself on the map! If not, get back to us.
Hang in there!!
BTW, if you are launching fgfs from a terminal did you know that all your
options can be saved in a config file, usually ~/.fgfsrc, which is read by
fgfs on startup? Just a text file - one option per line. This will save you
much typing. :)

HTH,

Drew
