Nothing there to indicate there is a problem!  Looks like it was running
OK and shut down properly when asked.

There does appear to be some problems with that chipset though.  You
said you have the latest drivers installed so that should have any
problems sorted but I'd suspect you still do not have hardware
acceleration working.  Are you running the ATI drivers or MS ones?  If
you look at the driver settings I'm sure there will be something there
to turn it on.  Some drivers come with a utility to manage them, do you
have something on your progams menu thats called ATI ....?
Oh I see those machines of yours are 64 bit.  I'm assuming they work OK
in 32 bit mode?
