I'm simply add three new surface types to few *.cxx files in TaxiDraw
and TerragearCS; and describe they in materials.xml. Then draw
markings as narrow (30cm) taxiways. You can see it at those
screenshots.

If I figure out how to make *.diff files, then I will show my changes.

Here is illustration of how much polys adds dashed stop-line (yellow
spot at left). At the right side is that sextagon with T-mark, I think
we can live with the last :)

I suspended the construction of my airport because of lack copy-paste
and other mast-have vector-editor' features in taxidraw :(.
