A 32MB card isn't enough? Geez. I'm getting a similar-spec NVIDIA card
soon, but I don't think I'll be able to find anything much more
powerful.

Same here, I still have my old 486DX-2 with MS-DOS. My computer is
configured how I like it, two graphics cards, duel-monitors, three
OSes, one that is totally pimped-out. That thing is rock-solid.

I'm gonna download the .iso pretty soon, anyway. I've liked Ubuntu for
quite a while. I'd just like to run it in the same OS that I do
everything else in. Namely, XP.
