I have an old Nvidia GeForce 4 MX440, lspci -v seems to indicate 128 MB but I don't recall it having that much memory. Xorg shows 64 MB. Anyway, I get about 10 FPS generally. Turning off HUD antialiasing helps a good deal. I suspect turning off a few other things like the fancy clouds, random objects, etc. will help some more.
