Yeah, you'll be busy for a while.
Inspections, contractor quotes, negotiations, packing/moving
preparations,
preping new utilities, movers, canceling old utilities, unpacking,
getting
everything working again, fixing up the bare essentials, and the the
slow
seemingly endless little things that pop up and need fixing. There will
be
a constant highway of money going in and out of your wallet. If you like
fixing things, there's no end of fun. You'll begin making lots of
friends
at the local hardware store.. everyone will know your name.
