Sure -- it's a fairly simple perl script to generate the concatenated
STRs.

Great -- it's possible the searches I did for ABI and "binary compat'
found most if not all of the items that should be revisited, but I
guess a manual pass wouldn't hurt.

Sure; take the last 50; 1100 on to the End.
(I figure the last STRs are the most relevant, so we'll start at the
end)
I'll keep a list at the top of the document (just updated)
for the range assignments.
