> You mean that 1.4 will finally become 1.3.1 or 1.3.2?

1.4 is just a dummy or a placeholder or a "working title" that covers
a multitude of possible future releases.

The main FLTK1 focus is now on getting UTF-8 and doxygen generated
documentation ready for 1.3.0. All other non-critical, non-UTF-8 and
non-doxygen related STRs and RFEs that will go into any future 1.3.x
releases are currently bundled together in 1.4.

Nobody has looked at how many future 1.3.x releases there will be, or
whether some of the STRs and RFEs will have to wait until a real 1.4
or 1.5 or ...
