The CinéPaint rewrite forked FLTK-1.1.7 into CVS. But development has
generally stalled, as far as I know.
The newer plug-ins for the last stable Gtk2-CinéPaint used Fltk-1.x for
their GUI in awaiting of a merge with the FLTK based version.
