I'm using it (FLTK 1.1.x, Windows), and I didn't see any crashes. And I'm sure that Matthias fixed a scrollbar bug (visible in Fl_Scroll), if the monitor in use had negative coordinates (left of the main monitor), but this didn't crash either.
