I tried to thank you in private but my email got kicked back. I found volume 1 and 2 online for free. I will read much of volume 1 but I may also use the topics outlined in it as a reading guide for another C++ book I have a hard copy of. Hopefully once I catch up I can mentor new users as people have done for me.
