Aha! That reminded me that I had read another on-line book, which of
course I couldn't find again until I just happened to come across the
article in my mail archive. Where was it from? fltk.general of course!

"C++ in Action" available via http://www.relisoft.com/book/index.htm
as recommended by Domingo Alvarez Duarte in November last year.

Well worth a look. It's quite short, but manages to demonstrate the
ins and outs of contructors, destructors and inheritance with some
really minimal but clear code examples.
