Yes, I can replicate OP's exact problem on my win7
64bit system with a version of 1.3.0 I compiled
some time ago; black pixel in lower right corner.
Sometimes I've gotten the problem to move around,
where the black pixel appears at the upper right
when pressed instead of the lower left, eg:

And when that happens, I can see problems with the a 'white'
dot over the black line when the buttons are up, eg:

There seems to be problems all over the place if one
looks closely.
