Yes, found similar results.
Seems the presence of Fl_Round_Button causes the issue
in buttons.exe.
Although unittests.exe exercises circles and stuff,
I didn't see any trouble in unittests. (It has no buttons,
but scrollers and scroll buttons seemed OK. Maybe both have
to be onscreen at the same time?)

I made an STR #2709 for this problem, so feel free to
add details there. I'm about to kick for the day,
but someone can hopefully pick up from here..
