well, it's not exactly conclusive yet, but it sounds like this is not
an issue with Fluid 0.9.5 specifically.

maybe fluid is not interacting well with some aspect of 10.5.5 on a
small number of systems?

if you have any more details/info about this, please do share.
specifically, if there's anything unique-ish about your setup....

Im afraid until i can reproduce this on a machine in front of me, i
wont be able to fix it :o[
