I also had problems with this upgrade. One app upgraded OK, one
wouldn't run because of unsupported architecture, and one just didn't
open at all; the doc icon bounced once and that was it.
I had also allowed Fluid itself to upgrade, and it wouldn't open at
all either.

I managed to repair the app with "unsupported architecture" by copying
across all the files from the one which was OK, and then changing some
keys in the info.plist file to the name of the broken app.

However, the same trick didn't work for the app which wouldn't open at
all. Or rather, it did make it able to open, but it had the homepage
from the wrong app. I also tried modifying the preference file,, but
it changed it back each time it started.

So I deleted bot the broken app and Fluid itself, but kept their
preference files. Then I downloaded the latest Fluid from
fluidapp.com, and it ran fine. I re-created my broken app, using the
same name as before and entering the correct address, and now it works
fine.
