Thanks. But first its not a copyright question, then, an analogy to the
gnu licence could only be a second step, the main question is if fluxus (a
la art) has better rights in the name than francenet. Francenet will have
made legal studies before choosing the name, maybe their argument would be
the few (!) "fluxus" activities of design firms etc, there is allready
some "fluxus.fr", for exemple, whoever is behind, so they could say, the
name "fluxus" is free. But I think their main argumant would be that
fluxus artists are too lame to become a problem. I think, as AK said, its
a clear case against Francenet, but its tricky, how to construe it on the
side of fluxus-art. You would have to concentrate on the economic value
and on the name thing in itself. And I dont know in which country to sue
etc.
