Well, I don't know what the legalities of this are. Did Maciunas actually
copyright the Fluxus name? I believe he talked of it. In any case this may
not matter. Perhaps it would be possible to bring a case against them for
the use of the name Fluxus simply using Fluxus history as evidence.

Actually it would be fun to take on people like this. Are there any lawyers
on the list. I have a couple of lawyer friends who may be able to shed light
on the matter.

What do people think? I really have no idea of how to go about this. Maybe
etoy could advise us? I think many original Fluxus artists would support us,
maybe?
