Well not him, but that there is a "label" owned by some people, who did
use it, should be enough.

They must be VERY clever for a case like this. And need some clients who
might have own rights in the label, like the Beuys widow, she liked to
sue people a lot. Maybe Ken could be a client for such a case, but Beuys
widow would be better, well, the name of a group, every member should be
able to sue, as a group member.
