OK I have my first sound collage effort complete and available for your
listening pleasure. Wow! That was fun! I think I will add sound to my
explorations of collage!
The following work MUSICOLLAGE01CT01 has little sound snippets from:
John Cage's Imaginary Landscape #1,
a bit or two of voice from a Ghazal by Jagjit Singh,
a little synthesizer from Sufi Omar Faruk Tekbilek (Whirling)
and I think, another Ghazal from Pashtun, which is the little chunk of
female voice.

Will this work for this project? If not, at least I think I learned
enough to mess around with the one you will be sending around. That's
how it is going to work right?
So what is good equipment for capturing ambient sound? is there some
sort of digital recorder or does everybody still use tape recorders?
what is the computer interface for that?
