Ok.  This is the skinny on the FTP.

If anyone has trouble connecting or up/downloading, let me know.

I would suggest that when Sebastian uploads the orig mp3, he upload to a
folder with his name (that is, make a folder).  Then, each person in
succession downloads from the folder of the person before and uploads to his
own.  Maybe we can eliminate some confusion this way and win ourselves the
bonus of having the historical changes of the 1 : hot : min - mp3 all in one
place.  Maybe we should put a text file with the list of participants and
their order of participation in the root of the server space, or just add
our ordinal numbers in our folder name or some neat idea like that.

other ideas and suggestions are welcome.
