Hi fellow fluxters,
thanks for joining and preparing and contributing. A big thank you to
Mashica for the FTP!
We are nearly ready to proceed...

"confusion - is fundamental state of mind" (Bad Religion)
Avoid confusion, right... that's exactly what I had in mind, so thanks for
not having to translate all that into english! I will upload a txt-file
containing all the relevant information. If someone uploaded his/her part I'd say
that he/she/it emails all the others, so that we know how far we have got, and
won't have to check FTP in vein. Since i will start, I will inform you when
I uploaded my part.

6,6 Mb! Sorry, I only have modem! If you encode it (mp3 / 128kbit/s / 44kHz)
it should be ~1/10th of its original size. wav-files are really not invented
for today's internet connections :-(

I guess so... :-)

I am using a portable minidisk-recorder (md), which records digitally onto a
magneto-optical disk. Soundquality is very good, although there is a lossy
compression being used (like mp3). Unfortunately you can't copy your
recordings directly on your PC, you'll have to sample via the analog-audio-in of the
soundcard. But still it is way better than tape!
Cheers,
