I mean, a fry cutter doesn't mean deep fryer. It just is a way to cut
potatoes. You could bake them or sautee them. But yeah, generally, we are not
legally equipped to handle frying.

I'm wondering why we need a fry cutter?  Thought we weren't going to allow
frying because of the extra fireproofing equipment it required.

Also I thought there was a separate funding source/account for the kitchen

Morning all,  Request for the treasurer: Food Not Bombs would like to purchase
some equipment from the closing Anyone's. Can we get a check made out to
"Anyone's Cafe and Bakery" for $2510? This would come out of the overall $5k
kitchen renovation budget.
  Breakdown: Flat top x1 =1500 Stainless steel table 4ft x3 =450 Stainless
steel table 3ft x2 =240 Chest Freezer x2 =250 A frame x1 =50 Fry cutter x1 =20
=2510 Total
Let me know if you have questions or if another way is easier. I can hand off
the check, ideally this Sun.
  Thanks, Brett
