I'm nominally a kitchen crew guy but others are the experts. I think we'll have a good few in attendance.
Here's what we need to discuss Tue: 1. Anyone's equipment vs kitchen plan & budget. I do have a blueprint to share even if Eerie (architect) can't make it. 2. Who is doing/finishing the work for the ceiling (FNB and/or Squirrel contractor Alex). We started Sat, I left after the cook so I'm not sure where it ended.
