Precisely- we cook a lot of home fries on a griddle, and received a bunch of donated potatoes recently. The fry cutter will help us process the spuds. No intention to start deep frying.
And yes, this money should come out of the $5k that FNB previously donated for the kitchen. Funds are in your hands now.
