Assuming that these are point records...
 
- Add the text file as a .csv data source
- Use the appropriate fields (x/y) as inputs to a 2DPointReplacer
- Output to destination data source of your choice

Simple Question:
How do you take a comma separated (attributes separated by commas) text *.txt 
file that has x/y coordinates and generate a coverage or shape file in FME
