David,

If you have Microstation, import them their and then convert the
microstation DGN to Coverage or Shape via FME.

Subject: [fme] How to generate a shape file from a text file

Simple Question:
How do you take a comma separated (attributes separated by commas) text
*.txt file that has x/y coordinates and generate a coverage or shape file in
FME

Thanks for any help
