Wow - I don't think I've seen so many folk all answer the same
question. But they are all correct.

A little more info - if the points need to be strung together as a
line use the PointConnector after the 2dPointReplacer. 
Also, check the examples on fmepedia.com - there are three examples
there all using CSV x/y data with a slightly different structure each
time.
