Jon, The next email after this contained the Badtrans virus. I tried to delete it without opening it but couldn't. I looked for the command to shut my preview box but forget where it is and can't find it. When I try to delet the file, my Norton AV box comes up suggesting I try to repair it. I tried but the next box said repair was impossible and suggested I quarantine it. I tried that, as well as the delete selection. In both cases, repeatedly, I got the box for downloading: save to disk or open from file. I didn't want to do either so I kept closing that box which was an illegal operation and shut down Outlook Express. What to do?
