I haven't had the problems with Norton (using System Works 2000 with Win98, with some old version of IE we don't use, since we like Netscape). I only installed the Anti-virus, but the utilities will run from the CD. I found that the Norton defrag will run when the windows one will not. -- I still did CTRL-ALT-DEL and ended all the superfluous tasks that were running.) -Ralph --------------------
