I have no idea why your printer is doing what it is doing, but in case you either can't solve the problem - or can't wait to solve the problem - I would suggest printing the letter on a piece of white paper and then putting it through a copier using the letterhead as the paper stock. That should do it as long as the letter itself is only black and white.
Can't wait to see if someone can solve that mystery!

Subject: [folkschool-list] PRINT COLOR

Hi All,

I have a printer that prints normally on any kind of paper but letterhead.  I just tried it myself!  I first printed the letter on plain white paper, no problem.  I then tried our letterhead and got yellow print.  Here's another twist, I turned the letterhead over and printed the letter on the back and it was fine!  I checked the print properties and it all looks okay to me.  Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Ellen
