That's certainly a strange one. What happens if you make a xerox copy of your letterhead, and print on that? I'm wondering if there's something about the letterhead pattern that the printer is detecting. Have you tried the printer manufacturer's Web site? HP has a good knowledgebase, if it's an HP printer.

I then tried our letterhead and got yellow print. Here's another twist, I turned the letterhead over and printed the letter on the back and it was fine!
