Open a new document with a canvas that is the size you want the final panorama to be and cut and paste each photo into the new panorama. Use a separate layer for each photo and trim and line each one up until the whole panorama looks the way you want it - you can adjust each layer separately without affecting any of the other layers so you can futz as much as you want - then flatten the image into a single layer.
