There's not really an "official voice" here -- we are very much a
collaborative team of colleagues, building the "Steps" together.
That said, however, at this point in time, Ian is really the "chief
architect" of the underlying structure of the system, constantly
receiving input from Alan and others and then modifying accordingly.
