Putting aside all the business/open source issues (as interesting as it might be). What we really need to do is work out exactly what we are trying to achieve and when. Then to figure out how to do it. ie. we need to have a good plan to keep moving forwards in the long term. This also covers things like user education, documentation and testing. This is an area where everyone can help out. Pass a critical eye over the website and other documentation. Supply test examples that cover functionality.
