Open a bug in Bugzilla http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/ and append the diff. It would be nice to adhere to the usual standards (unified or context diff, no tabs etc.) Make sure the summary line starts with [PATCH] so that it is easy to find. If someone commits the patch (Keiron, me, Christian or Jeremias), the bug will be closed and you get a notification. If you see the bug is still open after some time (two or three weeks), sending a nag mail to the list might help.
