Could any one let me know when the RTF support will be implemented in the
Apache FOP.
No idea unfortunately. Several people were supposed to work on this at various points but nothing concrete (except my very small effort to jumpstart the integration [1]) has happened yet.
Contributions are welcome as usual, I'd be happy to give pointers to anyone wanting to jump in, but currently lack the time to do the integration myself, and I don't think any other committers are working on it ATM.
